We are convinced that all people share the desire for a healthy, just and sustainable life for themselves, their children, and their communities and future generation. Yet the climate crisis and the loss of biodiversity endanger humans’ fundamental living conditions. That is why we support systemic change towards more sustainability and fairness in our economy and society.
The climate crisis and the loss of biodiversity harm human health, our common good and people’s chances of having a fair share in life. They undermine the social foundation of democracy and the rule of law, and impact on issues of social and international justice. As these risks impact each other, they also require cross-cutting solutions.
