How can participation truly reach everyone ? That is the central question of this year’s Procedere Workshop Conference at the Evangelical Academy Loccum. Three days, many practitioners from democratic development and process design, and a programme that doesn’t stop at theory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We’ll be there. Dr. Jenny Bischofberger and Dr. Jana Diels are leading the workshop “Talking About Climate? Listening to Climate!” with Talking Hope’s Climate Listening Game.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The starting point: public climate discourse has so far reached mainly those who already see themselves as part of the transformation. Many others experience distance, overwhelm or the feeling of not being heard. Valuable perspectives go unused as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What if real participation doesn’t begin with talking but with listening?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Climate Listening Game is a role-play format based on the Talking Hope Framework\u00a9. Participants step into different social roles and experience how climate conversations shift when understanding takes centre stage. This builds empathy, agency and dialogue skills. And shows: those who listen create resonance, trust and connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We look forward to the exchange in Loccum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
